So haben wir uns ein St\u00fcck Land angeschaut, dass 30x40m gro\u00df ist und etwa 25.000 US Dollar kosten soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 dort das Land aufgesch\u00fcttet wird, wann dort Strom hinkommt usw. &#8230; Jedenfalls war es dann so, dass wir noch zu einem anderen St\u00fcck Land gef\u00fchrt wurden, dass direkt neben Run Ta Ek an einen der gro\u00dfen Zufahrtsstra\u00dfen liegt. Diese St\u00fcck Land ist etwa 30x80m gro\u00df. Kurz bevor wir uns das Land angeschaut haben, hat uns Bunthong dann noch von seinem Traum erz\u00e4hlt, den er hatte, wo er von drei Grundst\u00fccken tr\u00e4umte. Das erste war nicht gut, das zweite wollten wir gerne haben und das dritte war auch nicht gut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex Es liegt etwas erh\u00f6ht, ist viel gr\u00f6\u00dfer und man kann eine kleine Br\u00fccke bauen und w\u00e4re dann gleich in Run Ta Ek. Ebenso ist der Preis viel besser. Im Moment liegt der Preis bei etwa 40.000 US Dollar, aber wir denken, dass wir dort auch noch verhandeln k\u00f6nnen. Und w\u00e4hrend wir da noch so stehen und mit den Verk\u00e4ufern reden, kommt auf einmal ne Oma vorbei und sagt, wollt ihr vielleicht mein Land kaufen, hier dr\u00fcben rechts, 15x50m f\u00fcr 30.000 &#8211; das dritte Land. Wir haben also gemeinsam auf dem Land gebetet und warten nun, ob wir wirklich dieses Land kaufen k\u00f6nnen. Fakt ist jedenfalls, dass wir als Ausl\u00e4nder es sowieso nicht kaufen k\u00f6nnten, sondern dass nur Khmer oder eine Landholding Gesellschaft Land erwerben k\u00f6nnen.
